General description of the neighborhood

Riumors is a town of few inhabitants, approx. 250 inhabitants, you can enjoy a rural and quiet atmosphere, many paths through the countryside without slopes or descents due to being located on the plain of Alt Empordà, encourage yourself by bike or on foot. With the great particularity of being very close to the beaches and places of interest, but without having to be in the middle of the noise and traffic of these places.​

MASTER bedroom, for 2/4 people with 2 independent spaces (bedroom and living room) plus terrace with views and complete bathroom with shower. Bedroom space with 1 double bed (Queen Size). Living room with sofa bed, fireplace, coffee area. Flat screen T.V. with streaming service (Netflix).

-EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES:

KITCHEN equipped with: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle. Crockery and cutlery and the necessary equipment for cooking.

DINING ROOM with tables and chairs for the maximum number of people staying.

LIVING ROOM – READING, with sofas and armchairs.

RECREATION ROOM: games room equipped with billiards, table football, dart board and recreational machine. COMFORT: heating and A/C in all rooms, bed linen for all seasons of the year, 2 towels per person (body and hands), hairdryer.

ENTERTAINMENT: flat screen T.V. in the rooms with Netflix service and with the possibility of connecting peripherals such as games or laptops.

EXTERIOR: 800 m2 garden with 11 x 5 meter seasonal pool, covered porch with outdoor furniture (chill out area) and table tennis. Gas barbecue (weber grill 4 burner), charcoal or wood barbecue and ample parking inside the property.
